Ingredients
| 3/4 | cup | NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured evaporated milk (190ml) |
| 2 | tbsp | maggi sweet chilli sauce |
| 1 | tbsp | soy sauce |
| 2 | tbsp | reduced-fat peanut butter |
| spray oil for cooking | ||
| 300 | g | lamb fillets, trimmed |
| 900 | g | fresh thin hokkien noodles |
| 150 | g | green beans, cut diagonally |
| 1 | small | red onion, cut into thin wedges (100g) |
| 3 | stalks | celery, cut diagonally (180g) |
| 400 | g | can baby corn, halved lengthways |

place NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured evaporated milk, maggi sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and peanut butter in a small saucepan. stir over low heat until combined. remove; set aside.

place noodles in a large heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water. stand until just tender; separate with a fork; drain well.

place beans in a bowl, cover with boiling water, stand for 3 minutes. rinse under cold water and drain.

arrange noodles, beans, onion, celery, corn and lamb on serving plates; drizzle with dressing.
