Balinese Gado Gado
|1/4||cup||Smooth peanut butter (70g)|
|1||tbsp||MAGGI Thai Fish Sauce|
|2||tsbp||MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce|
|1||tbsp||lemongrass, finely chopped|
|185||ml||NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk|
|1||cup||Broccoli florets (80g)|
|1||medium||Carrot, thiny sliced (120g)|
|1||cup||Cabbage, shredded (80g)|
|1||cup||Bean sprouts (80g)|
|4||Hard boiled eggs, quartered|
|100||g||Firm tofu, chopped|
|4||Green onions (shallots), sliced|
Combine peanut butter, curry powder, maggi authentic thai fish sauce, soy sauce, maggi sweet chilli sauce, lemongrass and NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk in a small saucepan over medium high heat; bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly; set aside.
Place broccoli and carrot in a large heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water. Stand 2 minutes; drain, rinse under cold until cool; drain.
Repeat with cabbage and snow peas, standing in boiling water for 1 minute only.
Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water. Stand until just tender; drain.
Divide noodles between six serving dishes, top with the vegetables, bean sprouts, boiled eggs and tofu. Drizzle with warm peanut sauce and sprinkle with spring onions.
