Ingredients

2 cups (240g) grated cheddar cheese
2 cups (400g) rice flour
1/2 cup (60g) almond meal
60 g butter cubed
1 can (185ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup (60g) grated cheddar cheese extra

Method

    line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

    place chesse, rice flour, almond meal and butter in a food processor bowl; process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. add NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, process until combined.

    form tablespoonfuls of mixture into 5 cm diameter biscuits, place on prepared oven tray, flatten slightly with fork, sprinkle with extra tasty cheese. bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
