Ingredients

1 tbsp gelatine
1/4 cup (60ml) hot water
1 can (375ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk chilled
1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup (140g) reduced fat natural yoghurt
1/2 cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp

Method

    dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool.

  • 2

    beat NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk with sugar and lemon juice until light and fluffy. beat in gelatine, yogurt and passionfruit pulp.

  • 3

    spoon mousse into individual serving dishes, refrigerate until set. if desired, decorate with fresh fruit.
