Ingredients

125 g plain chocolate biscuits crushed
60 g butter melted
1 tbsp gelatine
1/4 cup (60ml) hot water
375 g light cream cheese softened
1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
375 ml NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
1 NESTLÉ milo energy food bar crushed
1/4 cup (35g) pistachio nuts chopped

Method

    combine biscuit crumbs and butter, mix well. press into the base of 22cm springform pan, refrigerate until firm.

    dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool.

  • 3

    beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, gradually beat in NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk; add gelatine mixture.

  • 4

    combine nestlÉ milo energy food bar and pistachio nuts. fold half into the cream cheese mixture. pour mixture over crumb crust, sprinkle with remaining nestlÉ milo energy food bar and pistachio nuts. refrigerate until set.
